    You have re-inspired us. José and I decided once again (we were doing really well until the morning sickness kicked in) to give up the evil 4 (rice, potatoes, bread and pasta) this weekend. Our meals are not as nearly as pretty as yours! Two days down — a healthier lifetime to go.

    Excellent! It definitely requires more effort, but the 2-3 allowed “cheats” per week help a lot… share your recipes!
